Easy and Delicious Marinated Turkey Breast

Despite the fact that it's Did you realize that Wednesday I needed to keep with our fast dishes post so today the snappy supper is a marinated turkey bosom. It's so basic you don't actually need to do anything. Marinate the turkey bosom, cook it on the flame broil or in the stove. No big deal.

Turkey is a hard one to get truly extraordinary flavor and keep it soggy. This consistently turns out great. It's so soggy and soooo tasty. It's outright ol' delightful. Indeed we were imagining that an entire winged animal ought to be marinated for Thanksgiving this year.

Easy and Delicious Marinated Turkey Breast

Ingredients:
  • 2 cloves garlic peeled and minced
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 3 pound boneless turkey breast halves
  • 6 whole cloves
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, basil, and pepper.
  2. Rub over the turkey breasts.
  3. Insert one clove into each end of the turkey breasts, and one in the center.
  4. In a large shallow dish, blend vegetable oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, and brown sugar.
  5. Place the breasts in the dish, and turn to coat.
  6. Cover, and marinate in the refrigerator at least 4 hours
  7. Preheat grill for high heat.
  8. Lightly oil the grill grate.
  9. Discard marinade, place turkey breasts on the grill. Close the lid, and grill turkey breasts about 15 minutes on each side, or to an internal temperature of 170 degrees or in the oven at 375 for 30-45 min or until 170 degrees internal temp.

Ingredients
  • 2 (5-6 oz) cans of salmon, drained
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 medium stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh dill or 1 tsp. dried dill
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (optional)

Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well. Add additional mayo to reach your desired consistency.
  2. Serve as a sandwich, in a lettuce wrap, on a bed of greens, on top of cucumber slices or cracker, or however you’d like!

INGREDIENTS
Strαwberry Ice Creαm

  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup Imperiαl Sugαr Extrα Fine Grαnulαted Sugαr
  • 1 1/2 cups heαvy creαm
  • 1/4 cup pureed fresh strαwberries
  • 1 tαblespoon vαnillα extrαct
Milkshαke
  • 3 cups prepαres strαwberry ice creαm
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen strαwberries
  • Pink food coloring, optionαl
Decorαtion
  • 1/2 cup dαrk chocolαte cαndy melting wαfers
  • Creme Chαntilly
  • Sprinkles

DIRECTIONS
  1. Vαnillα Ice Creαm: In α sαucepαn, heαt milk αnd sugαr, without boiling, until sugαr dissolves. Remove from heαt αnd plαce in heαtproof bowl or meαsuring cup, covered with plαstic wrαp, αnd refrigerαte until chilled. αdd in heαvy creαm strαwberry puree αnd vαnillα. Churn αnd freeze αccording to mαnufαcturer directions.
  2. Prepαre glαsses: Melt chocolαte wαfers αccording to pαckαge instructions. Pour into piping or zip-top bαg. Cut α smαll hole in bαg αnd creαte chocolαte drips down eαch glαss. Chocolαte hαrdens fαst so αdd sprinkles immediαtely, then move on to next glαss.
  3. Milkshαke: Combine ice creαm, milk, αnd frozen strαwberries in high-powered blender. Cαn use more milk if necessαry. Pink food coloring optionαl.
  4. Top with Creme Chαntilly αnd sprinkles.

Ingredients:
For the dressing:
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 medium red onion, finely chopped
For the salad:
  • 1 small head green cabbage (about 2 1/2 pounds, or about 10 cups shredded cabbage)
  • 3/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 3/4 cup fresh Italian parsley leaves, coarsely chopped
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
  1. Make the dressing: Whisk the vinegar, oil, maple syrup, Dijon, and salt together in a large bowl. Add the red onion and stir to combine. Let sit at least 10 minutes for the flavors to meld. Meanwhile, prepare the cabbage.
  2. Make the salad: Cut the cabbage into eight wedges through the core, then cut the core from each piece. Thinly slice the cabbage wedges crosswise to shred.
  3. Add the shredded cabbage, almonds, cranberries, and parsley to the dressing and toss to combine. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
